A sea of crowd surfing fans fist bumped and roared with excitement when Underoath took the stage at History Toronto on Sunday December 1, 2024. Underoath is celebrating the 20th Anniversary of their hit album They're Only Chasing Safety. The band's raw emotion on stage immediately immerses you into the show. The energy they bring to the stage is addicting. Underoath has a special ability to connect with the audience. Getting the crowd to simultaneously wave their arms in the air and jump up and down was an easy task. It felt like the crowd were all hit with a shot of adrenaline when lead vocalist Spencer Chamberlain began inviting fans on stage to sit on a couch in the center of the action. You could see people climbing onto their friend's shoulders for the chance to be seen.
Joining them on the bill were Canadian rockers, Moneen and British band "Static Dress" on tour promoting their new video single "Crying".
The show was an exhilarating way to end off the week. If you ever have a chance to see them live don't hesitate to buy your tickets. It's a thrilling experience you won't regret.
