From time to time, you might make a great connection with one of The Photo Roadies and need that extra special attention to detail for some quality shots in advancing in your music career. Maybe you just want your event covered and a guarantee you will have a photographer on site, to make your memories are tastefully covered. And as you know, cameras like musicial equipment aren't cheap so we have developed this rate presentation.
Our base rate is $50.00 for two hours on a promotional shoot. You get four quality photos, and additional photos are $5.00 each You and your photographer on location can discuss further fees beyond this basic rate, payment arrangements, and we would like to think when you use the photo that you will honour the photographer and The Photo Roadies with a line credit.
if you wish to purchase unwatermarked pictures for artist/event publicity purposes - these are our rates paid directly to photographer.
One to ten photos - $10 each
Ten to 25 pictures - $8 each
25 to 50 pictures - $6.00 each
50 Plus pictures - $4.00
These rates effective January 1/2024
Individual photographers may choose to share more after the show, with proper watermarks, that decision will be left up to the photographer on site. All pictures shared with watermarks/logos are FREE to share as our brand is already showing.
Need our live event coverage, cover your show? If your show is not in our weekly show calendar, our rate is $100.00 for show length - max of three hours, and we will supply you with up to 10 unwatermarked images for your use with proper photo credit.
Travel expenses outside our general one hour coverage range by photographer may include a gas allowance. Paid directly to photographer.
For fair, events and festival coverage longer than two hours; we will be happy to discuss an arrangement with you.
